The team behind Orchestrator
Alexander Oelling
CEO
Alexander Oelling is a serial founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of INXM. The startup has developed an intelligent process execution engine that sits across existing systems and processes and makes them work together by tying in core systems like SAP, Teamcenter, Jira, and Salesforce. Before INXM, Alex served as Chief Digital Officer at Isar Aerospace and Volocopter, where he led digital transformation in regulated, safety-critical environments, and earlier founded Sensorberg, scaling it to one of Europe’s largest proximity infrastructure providers. At INXM, he’s focused on enabling companies to run processes at scale and execute work digitally: every action deterministic, repeatable, and auditable with Compiled AI.
Matthias Kainer is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and co-founder of INXM, focused on making AI productively usable inside enterprise environments. With over 25 years of experience in software development, system architecture, and engineering leadership at companies including Microsoft, AutoScout24, 1&1, ThoughtWorks, Volocopter, and Isar Aerospace, he has taken numerous systems from idea to production. His focus is on building technology that reliably delivers value under real-world conditions, rather than just impressing in the short term. He brings that same perspective to AI: how to orchestrate and control non-deterministic models so they perform reliably in production and deliver genuine value.
Jesper Bylund is Chief Product Officer (CPO) and co-founder of INXM. He has spent his career designing tools for complex systems — as Head of Design at Volocopter, Head of Product Design at n8n, and founder of Find Insight, an AI-native research tool. His background spans UX, interaction design, and product strategy, with a consistent focus on making complicated workflows simple to understand and act on. He holds a degree in Game Design from the University of Skövde. At INXM, he brings that same clarity of thought to enterprise AI: products that don’t just work, but empower people.
Kamil Klüber is Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and co-founder of INXM. With over 20 years of experience across engineering and manufacturing, he brings a perspective that starts on the shop floor and reaches all the way into enterprise-wide transformation. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Product Development. Before INXM, he spent nearly seven years at Siemens, driving digital transformation in OEMs, Aerospace & Defense and New Space. Prior to that, he spent several years at HELLA working globally across the entire product development process and value chain, taking products from initial request through to production. At INXM, he focuses on the real challenges enterprises face and what they actually need from AI: process execution that reliably finishes the work — deterministic, traceable, and built around how operations really run.
INXM provides Orchestrator, an Intelligent Execution Engine for Enterprise AI Processes. Orchestrator integrates into your existing enterprise platforms to make them work together. It automates repetitive and complex processes across the entire IT stack — PLM, MES, QMS, ERP — with deterministic, auditable, and repeatable outcomes. Built in Germany by a team with deep enterprise systems experience, Orchestrator is designed for the governance, compliance, and data ownership requirements of European industrial enterprise.
