INXM GmbH is a German enterprise AI infrastructure company based in Berlin. Our registered office and legal address is in Schönefeld, on the south-east edge of Berlin. ## What INXM builds

Orchestrator is a Process Execution Engine. It sits between the enterprise's existing systems (ERP, PLM, MES, QMS, copilots, agents, workflow tools, Excel, email, approvals) and turns user intent into executable Plans: governed workflows that complete repeatable, auditable transactions across systems, people, and processes.

The shorthand: **agents reason, automation executes, Orchestrator does both.**

## How it works

1. **Intent in.** An operator, planner, or system states what needs to happen — in natural language, in a structured request, or via an existing trigger.
2. **Compile.** INXM uses Compiled AI to generate, validate, and improve a Plan *before* execution. The Plan is a deterministic, governed workflow — not a probabilistic agent loop.
3. **Execute.** Orchestrator runs the Plan across the company's systems. Every step is logged. Every handoff is named. Every approval is captured.
4. **Audit.** The full transaction trail is available to compliance, ops, and management. Same input, same output. Every time.

## Why Compiled AI (and not pure agents)

Agents that re-interpret every transaction at runtime are fast to demo and slow to trust. Enterprises need:

## Frequently asked

**Is Orchestrator an agent framework?**
No. Orchestrator is an execution engine. It can run agents inside Plans, but the Plan itself is deterministic and audited.

**Does INXM train on our data?**
No. Compiled AI runs Plans against your systems with your data, but training data does not leave the company perimeter.

**How is this different from RPA?**
RPA replays clicks. Orchestrator understands intent, validates the Plan against business rules, and adapts when systems change schema or process boundaries.

**Is it GDPR / EU AI Act compliant?**
Yes. INXM is built to satisfy the audit a European regulator would actually run — not just a checkbox demo.

**What does "Compiled AI" mean?**
AI generates the Plan ahead of time, the Plan is validated, then it runs. The opposite of "agent loops at runtime".
